It was a Victorian building, the rooms where good-sized and well laid out. The bathroom was fine, thoroughly enjoyed it.
They asked to pay gbp 7 per 24 hours to get access to the net, even so Wi-Fi was very spotty.

Also, we visited a purpose-built dinosaur museum, located within walking distance of the hotel, was an unplanned pleasure.
